The women we work with
already know what their communities need.

Hand-in-Hand exists to help them make it possible. Since 2020, we have worked alongside women leaders in Kenya and Togo, supporting projects shaped and led within their own communities. Together, we bring funding, planning and international support to initiatives spanning clean water, education, agriculture and enterprise.
